Welcome to Our Moments ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our web application (the "Service"). Our Moments is an AI-powered photo search and storage application designed for couples to privately share and search through their memories.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you directly provide to us or authorize us to access through third-party services:

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
• User Content (Photos): We collect the images you explicitly upload to the Service, or explicitly import using our Google Photos Picker integration.
• Billing Information: If you purchase a premium plan, your payment information is collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. Specifically to:

• Create and maintain your private couple profile.
• Securely store your photos within our database (Supabase).
• Enable AI-powered search across your specific photos. To do this, we process your photos through the Google Gemini Vision API to answer natural language queries you submit.
• Allow you to invite your partner via a secure share link so they can access the shared photo collection.
• Process transactions and send related billing information.

4. Google API Services Limited Use Policy

Our Moments uses Google OAuth for account authentication and the Google Photos Picker API to streamline photo imports by allowing you to select which photos to transfer to your private Our Moments profile.

Our Moments's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This means we will only use the data you authorize us to access strictly for providing the Service's core features (storing and processing your photos for AI search), and we will never sell this data or transfer it for targeted advertising or any unrelated purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We value your privacy and limit the sharing of your information to the absolute minimum required to operate the Service:

• With Your Partner: By generating an invite link, you authorize the invited individual to view, search, and manage the photos you have uploaded to the shared couple account.
• With Service Providers: We share your data with trusted third-party services explicitly to provide our core features. This includes Supabase for secure cloud storage and database management, and Google (Gemini Vision API) to run AI-powered searches over your photos. Payments are routed through Stripe.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photos to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may delete individual photos from your account at any time, which permanently removes them from our active servers and storage buckets. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, you can contact us to process complete data erasure.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Your photos are stored securely using Supabase Storage, and we enforce strict row-level security policies to ensure only you and your authorized partner can access your couples' data.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, if necessary, provide more prominent notice within the Service.
