Can anyone else see our photos?+
No. Your shared space is protected by row-level security in the database. Only the two authenticated users in your bucket can access the photos. Even our team cannot view your images.
Is our data used for AI training?+
Your images are analyzed solely to generate private, searchable descriptions for your couple space. We do not use your photos to train our own models, and we contractually prohibit third-party use for model training or advertising. To provide the service, your images are processed by a third-party AI analysis service (Google Gemini) and stored via a cloud storage provider (Supabase/AWS). These subprocessors handle your data only to deliver the feature — not for their own purposes.
What happens if we break up?+
Each user retains access to their own uploaded photos. You can download everything and delete your account at any time. The other person keeps access to their uploads only.
How is this different from a shared iCloud album?+
iCloud Shared Albums are visible to Apple, have no AI search capability, and are locked to the Apple ecosystem. Our Moments works on any device, searches by natural language, and is fully private.
