Frequently asked questions
Where are my photos stored?+
Your photos are stored in Supabase Storage, which runs on top of AWS S3 infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Can I download all my photos?+
Yes. You can download any individual photo from the dashboard. Bulk export functionality is on our roadmap.
What encryption do you use?+
All data transfer uses TLS 1.2+. Files at rest are encrypted using AES-256 via the cloud storage provider. Database access is controlled via row-level security (RLS) policies.
What happens if Our Moments goes offline?+
Your data remains in cloud storage and can be exported. We're built on open-source infrastructure (Supabase, Next.js), so there's no vendor lock-in.
Is there a storage limit?+
Free accounts get 10 images. Paid plans scale up to 1,000 uploads per month on Couple Unlimited. All uploaded photos are retained permanently — you keep them even after your subscription period ends.
